I've heard so many songs on music boxes I didn't think there would ever be.
EX:my heart will go on (Titanic), once upon a december (Anastasia)
has anyone thought of a song from either a tv show or a melody that would be PERFECT for this medium...
Ex:Golden Girls theme, Looney Toons (merry-go-round broke down)
or is it just me?

I haven't even seen a music box in years, not since I was a young girl. So I have never it much thought. Do you like or collect music boxes?

Emmi Dreamstar I haven't even seen a music box in years, not since I was a young girl. So I have never it much thought. Do you like or collect music boxes? I used to but lost most of them in Katrina.. now I have two left... Once Upon a December (looks like the musib box in film but is big like half a grapefruit and doesn't have a necklace key - unfortunatly) and somewhere I have the Titanic song, in a heart shaped box

KC aww, that's a beautiful song, and i can see why it would go well in a music box. @emmi: you should look it up... it's really beautiful and romantic, but in a manly way that guys can appreciate.

@Tiddles, thanks, I did look it up, it is a very lovely song. @Kim, you said you liked "Time in a Bottle" as well, so I bet you would like this version I found... sung by a muppet!! Very sad, beautiful and touching all at once... heart If you want to look at it, check it out hereSorry the picture is fuzzy... sweatdrop oh and If by Bread definitely seems like a music box song. I wouldn't be surprised if there was one out there somewhere already.

You and me both -
the muppet show even did IF at one point with those really old, larger than most puppets. I get misty eyed just thinking about it.

As The World Falls Down from Labyrinth. They have a music box that plays it in the movie, but I want one in real life.
