Near Undertown lies a series of caverns known as the Mines. The stone, gems, and ore that are harvested in the mines are valuable supplies that can be sent out to the various aquatic and air-born cities.
A good percentage of the inhabitants of Undertown work in these mines, but others who come down here are explorers, researchers, and hunters. There is much that is yet unknown and undiscovered in these caves beneath the sea, and not all are inanimate.
