Okay, I'm a total roleplay addict. So it kills me to see no roleplays (or at least no plotful, literate ones). If anyone is interested in starting one, please specify. I.e., will it be modern era Phantom story, the ever classic original characters who stumble upon the Phantom, the original story, a certain scene to drag on and on and on, or even "After the Phantom of the Opers: what came next?"
Do NOT come in here saying "ooh! I want to be such and such!" Because odds are, being the strange girl who dresses her avi in pirate clothes, I'll probably claim the Phantom as it is. But that's not the point. This is a thread to DISCUSS possible future roleplays.
So discuss.

The funny thing about Phantom RPs is that the person who starts them ninety percent of the time starts them just to play Erik. He's always the first to go. It's just a common observation that's amused me.
For me, I see something of a futility in Phantom RPs after one plays them for their first time. Yes, they can be fun, but after you've done onr or two, they loose their shine. Now, if one is playing in an RP that is based on similar concepts, then it has some potential. So, as long as it's not following the plot, I think it's usually alright. Or, as long as it's not along the lines of "This is what happens after the Phantom of the Opera", because that's overdone to a deadly extent, too.
This really had no point, but I'm pretending it does.

That was draged on. Well here i will get to the point pretty fast. I think any type of RP is cool just as long as people are literate and actually know how to RP but if it is so close to the storyline it gets boring. I think that just get devoted people to RP and it will go fine... wow that took longer then expected.

Hmm, well, it seems like it might not be the best idea. If it's true that they get worn out easily, then it might not be worth it.
