a way to get mass messages for large groups to meet in a certain place. psychics will use psychic messages and all others will use intercom (there really is no difference but that gives it some power purpose if you will ^_^)

but its ok, you dont have to get your character accepted so one you post its name and junk in the Cerebro Files, just start, however youcan alwats post in the OOC no matter what and im ranting again darnit...
