I think I have an idea, just answer the poll (I don't want to influence any answers).

It would be greatly appreciated; I want to use this as leverage to see if what I am sensing is energy.

If you check the 'something else' option, can you post what it is?

You can post any experiences you have, I know some people sense it differently.

I am an empathe so i experiance what people are feel around me. so its like i feel the aura just radiating out of people, so if someone is angery i feel teh anger from their body. i dont feel this but its like radiant body heat. again i dont feel heat it just dispurses like that to me.

I'd tell you why I feel it the way I do but you'd never believe me. Anyway I feel energy as pain, pleasure, anger, sadness, and pretty much my whole being. Any change in the mana and I know when on the mark. The strength varies on strength of change and distance from change/magician.

are you an empathe? cuz it sounds like your picking up other peoples emotions. i do it too the strength thing i have also experiances. its overwheliming at times.

To me, energy feels like 'tingly sensations'. It is like a thrill running through my veins.
Also I can from time to time shape it in my hands, so that makes it feel solid too.
When it feels like a thrill, it is very disturbing to me, because it makes me want to use the energy in some way, but I still haven't learned how to use it. Instead I have figured out a way to calm it, and then stop sensing it.
But sometimes it feels like I have two different kinds of energies inside me. The energy I ignore and the energy I shape, are completely different. Because I can't control the one that I have to ignore.

Do you guys know if there are different kinds of energy?

well there is your energy and there is genral energy that is floating around. for me there is a strong distinction between the 2 energies and the energies of others. you are minipluateing energy, channeling it. it can be used for many things. i have the same ability and i manily use it for healing others smile

I can manipulate energy, feel it and see it, but I don't see the point. Focusing on energy is a get-away for me. I don't hear thoughts of people, and I don't feel their emotions. It's just a deep feeling of 'life' if that makes any sense.
