Why is there so many crew members for such a tiny guild?
TBH I only joined because I'm friends with Lily... but I feel the age difference is gonna be a killer for me.
Also if you want the guild to be taken seriously and have people actually post here, having grammar and proper spelling is one step to having that. Not everyone understands L33k speak so using all these "short forms" of words isn't going to make things better all the time. I'm only speaking from experience, as I help run a pretty active guild with my other friends, we've done well, the guild has grown a lot since I first joined it.

Russ the Gaurdian well i know what u mean but i hate those kind of peole who are too literate and want everyone to be literate there is a difference between being literate where people understand you and being too literate where every little grammatical mistake you make is bad. I'm not trying to be the grammar police or anything, but I can tell you, most people tend to come to things when they can understand what the hell is expected of them. I think most people's problem is they aren't super literate or very knowledgeable about grammar so they resort to illiterate ways. I'm not a grammar nazi, you should see my posts in my other guild, I use the common short forms like no other... but I tend to keep my posts literate enough so everyone understands what I mean so they can reply without having to go "Oh what does ____ mean?" ya know?
