  Cotton candy (American English), candy floss (British English), or fairy floss (Australian English) is a form of spun sugar. Since it consists of mostly air, servings are large. Many people consider eating cotton candy part of the quintessential experience of a visit to a fairground or circus. The most popular color of cotton candy is pink, though any color can be made.
Eating cotton candy is often considered only one part of its allure; the second part is the act of watching it being produced in a machine. Sticky and sweet, it dissolves quickly in the mouth (due to its amorphous nature) although it feels like wool to the touch. It does not have much of an aroma although the machine itself has a cooked sugar smell when in operation. Soft and fluffy when dry, when it comes in contact with moisture, it becomes sticky and damp. Because the sugar is hygroscopic, and has a very large surface area, it will become coarser, harder and generally less "flossy" once exposed to the atmosphere.

Body: Thin, lean, but toned. Not bulging and generally smaller than the other Mansicles.
Physical: Naturally, his hair is auburn, and this is apparent from his eyebrows. Unnaturally, through dyes and bleaches, his hair is a very bright blue. Right now it's in a messy mop cut that he's generally too lazy to style. His eyes are a fairly light orange and he has an astigmatism, thus requires glasses though he often chooses not to wear them and he does not own a pair of contacts, so this is often problematic.No tattoos to speak of, though he does have a nasty scar on his upper back. His general style of dress is a mix between loose, baggy clothing and some of the tighter variety but almost always wearing jeans. Most often you'll find him in what he last slept in. In his left ear, he has two thin silver loop rings and it's not unusual to see him wearing some type of necklace, though any pendant on it would be small.
Psyche: He seems to be a very determined and hard worker once he gets himself started, and money is a very good motivator for him. For the most part, he seems to deal well with things emotionally, though this may or may not be because he simply doesn't burden his friends with his own problems. He makes friends very easily, and is generally very friendly but he makes it very apparant when he's become uncomfortable. Also apparently he gives good hugs. Apparently he has a very addictive personality, leading to his immediate predicament; drugs, alcohol and sex. Being a bit of a man-whore, his ability to flirt is a double edged sword; good for a quick fix, but in the long run he still feels empty, maybe even worse because of it. Cigarettes he's been smoking since he was fourteen, though luckily he isn't a chain smoker. Every bit of his addictions are affected by levels of stress: they never fully leave, but when he's at his calmest, they're at their lowest, and vice versa.

Hopefully Tier's leaner body type won't be a problem. He's certainly [meant to be] far from girly and he's by no means "uke" so there shouldn't be any real problems. If anything, I believe he and the blond haired example Mansicle in the Stages post have a similar build. :D
