a messanger boy appears with a letter that reads "hello i am the snow village leader Roga nadare, i would like to have an ally but, before you say yes you must first check out the snow village. if you must know the village has been very guite since that little guy came in and took over my land for military power so no need to worry no wars i want you to get involved in! 3nodding

One scroll stood out the most. It had a gray cloud-like pattern.
When opened it read:
We at the Hidden Cloud Village offer you a friendship.
If we are to deefeat the Akatsuki we need to band together.
So, We will watch your village, and vice versa.
That is, if you choose to accept

k rock has allready declared war and has given them a 3 day grace piriod to give 10k in gold to my village and if u were to back me up i would split that with u. u could spread it between your ninja or hord it all that is not my concern

ya well when the akski attack u every week it is kinda hard to make gold in my twon and since it is my fualt well i wanted to pay them back i am going to call it off maybe if they dont pay it will be at most two battles then i would call a draw
