Description (horn/tail colors/eye color/hair color/hair style etc):
Pelt design- Half looks like water, the other like constilations. The two meet in the waist. On the water side *front side, with head and fore legs* He has fish swimming around. One of the fish is bigger and is swimming half between the water and sky side. So the front of the fish is in constilation form, the stars linked together with a white line. On the sky side, there is just stars *non-linked* except for the fish.
Edits- He looks like he has coral *bright colored* growing up his legs, topping around the knees. His hair looks like the water hair for the elemental hair you can atatch to a gaia avi. And the tail looks like nebula clouds swirling around. He also has a necklace that looks like its made of rope, with a starfish on the end. The uni horn looks like the little dangly thing on an angler fish. But what I exactly want it to look like could be fund on the pokemon Lanturn *(but only the left facing one, not the smaller one*

Thea opened the box sitting on her bed as she kicked off her boots and stowed her knives and stated the video. she fell silent as she recognized Oliver's breathing patterns as he ran along the roof. her heart was in her throat as she caught a glimpse of the man that had brought hell to her for years. Could it really be him? could he still be arround this cursed city? A shiver ran up her spine, scars on her back tingled with the memory of pain, her hands felt hot with her mothers blood. It was a fight to not crush the video screen but she pressed on. her heart raced bile built up in her throat as she watched. then those words.....the words she had heard so many times to the scum of the earth now reflected the hood in the terrified eyes of her father. She knew where he was, she looked at the disk nodded slowly. He had done this for her....a small smile tugged at the corner of her mouth. She stood up and went to her closet. stripping down from her travel clothes she pulled out her uniform looking it over for a long hard moment the put it back grabbing a more....symbolic outfit. she dressed and slipped into Ollie's room grabbing one of his leather jackets to cover herself with as she headed out to the garage. pausing in the hall to pin her hair back before she pulled on the motorcycle helmet and grabbed the keys slipping out before John could see her. she knew where Ollie was and it didnt take long for her to get there. hiding the bike she started to see how she was shaking. How could she face this man again? what could she say? What would he say? would he even know her face....her hand shook as she searched for an open door. finally she stepped in taking a few breaths trying to calm herself as she took off the helmet fixing her hair and stowing his jacket. Was it really this cold moments before? then again maybe being in a sleeveless dress wasn't too thought through. her foot steps were silent as she walked into the main hanger of the warehouse. she paused at the door, the emergency lights making her short white sun dress nearly glow. her eyes searched the room finding a dark hunched figure. "I hope you wernt waiting too long." she said glancing to the side she saw her fathers hand in the tangles of chains. she was trembling as she walked to Ollie her emotions so torn right now she didnt know is she should burst into tears and collapse or hug him and thank him for this....chance. For now she just stood six feet away trembling her eyes leaving her brother to look at the man hanging among the chains. "Is it really him?" her voice barely a whisper

eye- brown
hair- blue
style- uhm... long spirely wavy like in pic
-Her bone arm and leg are drawn on, like this, but all the way up to the shoulder/pelvis.

-Her hair is kind of swirly, but I'd like it to kindof look like its blowing in the breeze a little.

-Her flowers is in her mouth.
- Her arm sleeve on her 'bone' arm looks like its fallen down loosely, same with 'bone' leg
- Her dress trails behind her.
-She has a worm sitting somewhere on her *not sure where yet*. If I have enough money I might ask for it to be coming out of her eye socket and have her eye laying by her front foot.
- Her back feet are wearing heels.
