This is the dorm kitchen. It is a complete kitchen equiped with a stove, a large amount of counter space, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, and dish washer, all industrial sized. Under the counters you can open up to find cupboards that hold various utensils, all in alphabetical order. Off to the side of the room you can see four round tables, each with eight chairs. This kitchen is open to all residents of Takaba. Students and staff may store food in the frigde here, but it is not recomended as it is open to everyone and there's not telling that your food will still be there when you come back. Make sure to clean up after yourselves and be safe!

Yuuki lead Ayumu down to the kitchen, a place that he missed. Since he didn't have many friends, he wasn't able to cook his own meals too often. After entering the kitchen, he let go of Ayumu's hand and put his hands behind his back like a drill officer. "ATTEN-TION." he said with a straight face. "Would you get me a cast-iron pan, please?" he laughed.

Ayumu couldn't help but let out a startled yelp when Yuuki suddenly got all forceful. He wasn't expectiong it, since they had been quiet as they walked here. "O-Okay!" he said, before going to find one. When he did, he ehld it out. "Found it!"

"Hope you have a good memory." Yuuki said with a sparkle in his eyes. "I need three eggs, vegetable oil, rice, bacon, and whatever else you'd like!" he said much faster than he needed to.

Ayumu Umehara
Ayumu was a little overwhelmed by all of the orders, and stuttered a bit before going to find everything. First, he found the vegetable oil and the rice, and brought it to the counter. Next, he went over to the refridgerator and found the bacon and the eggs. Setting the last of it on the counter, he turned back to Yuuki. "D-Done." he said, his voice a little breathless.

"Shing!" Yuuki said giving Ayumu a thumbs up. "Good job!" he the took the pan and put on the stove, setting the burner to medium. He poured a little bit of oil in the pan and waited for it to heat up. "Oh, I forgot one thing. Could you get me a fork and a bowl?" Yuuki asked in a softer voice, he felt he was being a bit pushy and wanted to sound a little more friendly.

Ayumu raised an eyebrow at the sound effect that Yuuki made when he gave him the thubs up, but laughed softly anyway. He blushed lighly as well, at being praised, and went and retrieved the bowl and fork like he was asked, glad that the other didn't use that forceful tone. As he set it on the counter as well, he watched Yuuki work over his shoulder, curious. "Anything else?"

((I be right back, it showa' time!))
Yuuki shook his head. "Uh...a spatula!" he shouted out. "Eh, sorry, I'm a little forgetful." he said, twirling that strand of hair again. ((To avoid me writing down the incorrect steps to making fried rice, as I already have since you need to boil the rice before you try to fry it...))
Yuuki successfully made fried rice!
"Dah-nah-nah nah nah nah-n-nah!" Yuuki sung with a big grin.
((Final Fantasy fanfare, by the way.))
"Lets hope it tastes as good as it smells." he said spliting the rice into two even groups and scouping said groups onto two plates.

Ayumu retrieved the spatula when told, and giggled at Yuuki's forgetfulness. He watched the entire process with expectant curiosity.
When it was done, he couldn't help but laugh as Yuuki presented his work to him. Clapping, he cheered him on. "It smells really good," he mentioned, as he watched the other separate the rice into two plates. His stomach was screaming at him again, and he imediately took a forkful of his. "It's good too!" he said with food in his mouth, like a child would.

Yuuki sat down at one of the tables in the little kitchen and gestured Ayumu to do the same. "Its the first dish I ever prepared by myself, so I've had a lot of time to practice making it." he said taking a big bite-ful. It really did taste good, and gosh he felt his inner woman crying out against his gender. "No, inner woman, I am a man. Get used to it." he thought to himself, all too thankful that Ayumu wasn't telepathic.

Ayumu grabbed his plate and followed Yuuki to the table, and almost immediately tore into his foor. He was so hungry. Swallowing his first few forkfuls, he looked up at his boyfriend, "Really? I've enver cooked anything in my life. I barely even know how to use a microwave." he admitted, before eating some more.

"C-calm down, you're scaring me!" Yuuki said with a worried smile, trying to indicate for Ayumu to slow down. He was pretty hungry too, and he sure did want to just shove his face at the plate but he knew better than that. After a few silent bites of rice, Yuuki felt the need for a conversation. "So, you've been spending a lot of time with me. Is it just because you don't know anyone here? N-not that I'm trying to pry into your business..." his voice trailed off and he took another bite.

Ayumu blushed and slowed down. "S-Sorry... I get that way when I'm really hungry." he explained, before taking a small break from eating.
At being asked why he spent so much time with Yuuki, he loooked down at his lap. "Well... For starters, I like being with you... and it's actually weird that I got so close to you so fast." he paused for a moment. "I'm usually really anti-social, and I get scared around new people, because I never really had a chance to be exposed to people as a child." he told him. "For some reason, I was able to open up to you, I really don't know why."

"Ahh, I've never been much of a social butterfly either." Yuuki was actually much of a loner, which was funny considering his perdicament. "Its difficult being alone." his eyes were very thoughtful right now, full of experience beyond his years.

Ayumu looked back up, him and Yuuki were alike, in some ways, and it comforted him. "It is difficult." he agreed, playing with his fork absently.
