1. Review the list of Legal Characters and the Character Powers and decide which character you wish to play.

2. Fill out an application using the Character Sheet Outline and post it as a new thread with the name of your character as the title of your thread. I will post in that thread when it is approved. No character will be approved before the RP has yet to see the character played.

3. You can have up to 3 characters at any given time. If you want another one, plan how to kill one of your characters off.

4. We'll leave it up to you how you want us to know what your character looks like. You can put it in the biography section of your application, put it in your first post, or post a picture of a celebrity on your application that represents what you want your character to look like. Anime models, cartoon models, personal drawings are also welcome.
