The reason set powers have been created is to make it a fair play. When people leave it open what their character is capable of, it triggers whether it was fair play. If you have ideas of powers that any of the characters should also be capable of, please make a suggestion in the suggestion thread on the main forum. Progress is possible anywhere.
Angel of Light(AL)
Young:
*Telepathy: Ability to whisper to all LIVING beings, mortal or enchanted. This includes all characters except ghosts/spirits.
*Telekinesis: Ability to move objects with one's mind. Although, this power is only strong enough to move things that could be picked up based upon your desired stature.
*Spectral Form: You can convert into a ghost-like form and become invisible as well as walk through objects.
*Light 1: Ability to call light to protect you from harm, anywhere anytime. This is a complete safe field for angels on earth. Absolutely no harm can come to one while they are within the light, not even from another angel. However, it can only last 2 posts but they are able to move, including fly.
*Flight 1: All Angels of Light have their own set of wings and in this state, cannot fly very fast, but can still cover long distances. It would take 6 posts to get from one side of the forest to the next. Angels have a natural ability to separate from time and have no feeling of time lapsing. Something that would take days for a human to walk would take a mere hours for an angel and they wouldn't notice till they landed.
*Heal 1: Ability to heal surface wounds such as scrapes or bruises. Sword wounds, broken bones, or anything worse then a skin scrape is not included. These angels have chosen to live in a realm on earth and have to suffor the consequences of having these super but still humanoid bodies.
*Threshold 1: You have a three strike limit, after three strikes, you can be seriously wounded. After 6 strikes, your death is possible.
Elder
*Telekinesis 2: You can move any object of any weight or size with your mind.
*Communication 1: Ability to speak to ghosts.
*Element control: They have the power to use earth's naturalelements(minerals, plants, tangible elements) in defense. An example defense would be: a rain of obsidian pours down between you and your attacker, in combination with your Light 2, directing light upon the wall to make in indestructable forcing your character to find a way around, making for escape time.
*Light 2: This gives angels the power to direct light as an attack or safety. It is guilded with the emotions of their forms. If an angel directs light onto a human to save them in combat, or as a bolt of lightning to an enemy. The time limit is again 2 posts.
*Fire 1:Ability to produce fire and have a 1 solid post attack strike.
*Flight 2: When in flight as an elder, your speed in increased and you can make it from one side of the of the forest to the other in 2 posts.
*Heal 2: Ability to heal fractures or broken bones. Sword wounds or other deep incisions are included. Note that if a body part is detatched from the being, Heal 2 cannot reattatch it, and cannot heal mental damage or any injury that is still under magical enchantment.
*Threshold 2: After 4 posts you can be seriously injured or impaired, and after 8 posts you are eligible for death.
Ancient
*Communication 2: Ability to switch to spirit form and walk with the ghosts/spirits, including physically being able to touch them.
*Flight 3:When in flight as an ancient, you move with the speed of light and can stop instantly.
*Light 3: When calling the light as an elder, you are brought to a whole other dimension. When in this dimension, you can still walk and see the world as though you were normal, though now, no one else can see you and you have full access to everyone's thoughts and prayers. In this state, you can also step into another's one and become an influence on their actions. Lasts for 3 posts. Takes 1 post recovery is the downfall of using this in combat.
*Heal 3: Extreme healing is noted to use in caution. Where it can heal all wounds, mental including, it can cause conflicts with other role players on how the injury came into place. The only suggestion for this power is to discuss in PM that both players agree on using it.
*Threshold 4: After 5 posts you can be seriously injured or impaired, you are able to be killed after 10 posts.
Demon of Darkness
Junior
*Telepathy: Ability to speak to other's using your mind. Also includes reading another's thoughts when not hidden.
*Telekenisis: Ability to move objects of any size or weight with one's mind.
*Fire 1: Ability to lose oneself within flames, blocking anyone from entering the flames to get to you.
*Curse 1: When used on an attacker, the first curse is a controlled, 2 post manipulation of air ways. You literally suck the oxygen from around your opponet.
*Water 1: This power causes the demon's body to reach great temperatures, evaporating all the water in the surrounding air and wild life, harboring it until used as an attack. You can shoot it scorching hot or in frozen shards of glass-like ice. The force needs to hit something to end it's path.
Senior
*Demon's Wrath: Allows your anger to be converted into power which can destroy buildings and mass amounts of area with a single blow, like the affects of a bomb. 2 post recovery.
*Call of Darkness: When Call of Darkness is played, a darkness falls over the immediate area you are located. This nulls everyone else's powers in this area for 3 posts. It takes a 1 post recovery.
*Speed 1: Ability to move at a speed to where you are virtually invisible and undetectable. More so, this ability gives you the power to see in ultimate darkness, casted in any spell.
*Dark Art: This is the gift of illusion. It can last for 3 posts. Use your imagination for this one, we'll let you decide what you want others to see.
*Dark Sleep: Ability to lay someone in a death sleep with your choice of spell breaker. This post is your most powerful post, but takes a full days recovery. If you layed this person to rest and there are people who are upset about it, demon better hide for a day because you are horribly vulnerable after using this power.
*Demon Strength: You are virtually the strongest creature when using this boost in your strength. It lasts 3 posts and takes a 2 post recovery.
Earth's Child
**There is only one level of Earth Children.**
*Elemental Knowledge: Gives you the knowledge of the earth's natural elements and completely control and manipulation of them.
*Nature Communication: Ability to communicate(not manipulate) with all forms of nature, including animals, the sky, clouds, stars, everything.
*Nature Creation: Ability to create a piece of nature wherever one pleases.
*Nature Heal: Ability to heal any part of nature that has been injured, or killed. This can also be used to turn something from nature into a medicine or healing liquid in which works only on mortals illnesses or wounds.
Arivae Forest
A forest of magic run by a family of angels; constructed story and chars.
