The school had been closed to the public...
But now it is supposedly open to the public.
There are two ways to be accepted:
First, is that you take a seemingly impossible applications test, which no one seems to pass...
Or, you're sent an invitation of passage.

You have been sent an invitation. Will you accept?

Now that you've come to this acedemy, you've got alot to learn. First, it's actually two schools. One is for all boys, the second is for all girls. There are particular times which the two schools mix, such as during breaks, or on specials occasions, as the Halloween party, or Holiday Dance just before Winter Break.
There are different 'races', but they are not normally talked about. Not unless you want a lot of enemies. Every mingles, and normally doesn't have problems...Well, at least not more so than any normal high school would.
But, as any place where multiple species and sub-species mingle, there are quite a few more secrets than one would first guess. The science club has quite a few strange expiriments going on. Some students seem to strangely follow what they're told, even if things are a bit absurd. Fights sometimes break out right infront of teachers, and they just step over the brawl, as if they don't see them, and other times the fight is immediately stopped and the students punished. There isn't necessarily a patter to the madness, and while your parents have always told you that high school is a crazy time, things still might seem a bit...off.
You just have to learn to make your way. The more friends you have the better in some cases, in others it's better to keep to yourself. But, a rule of thumb, just be nice to everyone all around, though still keep your ground. Be strong, but forgiving. Isn't that what life is about?

Rules

1. This is a medium-literate to semi-advanced literate. That means that either one really good long paragraph, two fair sized paragraphs, or three on the shorter side paragraphs. On the short side means at least three sentences each. So no less than nine setences total in the post. You've gotta give something for others (and yourself) to build off of.
2. PG-13 Here. That also means that venacular, and all form of disrespecful language is kept to a bare minimum. I do not think that it would be fair to ban it completely, but I am under the belief that it isn't ever necessary. Do no push this rule, it is one of the few things I'm a real stickler about.
3. All Gaia and Guild rules apply here. I would please ask you not to sass, for you've got two chances. First, I'll forget about it quickly, with a simple warning. Second, a more thorough warning, and if you don't shape up quick, you're out. If needs be, I'll just go over both our heads to the moderators.
4. Fun is absolutely essential. No grumpies allowed (unless it's in character) ^.^

*~*Grimm Jaggerjack*~*

"Don't foget about next thursday!"
Someone shouted out after Grimm as he left the science room. He grumbled something inaudible to himself as he slouched down the hall. Easily one of the tallest, if not the tallest person in the school, even when slouching he was an intimidating figure. His face seemed to be set in a continual growl, and his name suited his ever constant seemingly bad mood.

Grimm wasn't a good student, nor was he really a trouble maker. He just didn't always show up to class, or didn't do his assignments, or seemed to disappear randomly when a teacher seemed to think he had showed up for class...But he never came in late. If the bell rang, and he wasn't in class, you could be sure that he wouldn't show up, at least for that period. Strangely, he was a stickler for time. And if he couldn't show up on time, he wouldn't show at all.

This particular student didn't have close friends, nor really a certain group that he 'hung' with, but besides his intimidating figure, he wasn't especially agressive. But his massive body just seemed to give that off, whether he had an attitude or not. And today was no exception.

Students quickly moved out of his way as he walked down the hall, and teachers stayed in their classrooms when he came near. No one wanted a fight with this six foot ten and three fourth inch giant. Even though Grimm had never been in a fight before...Well, at least not one that was either on campus, or on any sort of record.

Of course, there were always rumors. Rumors about exactly how strong he was, rumors about what he did in his spare time, and rumors about the reasons why he had strange, sporatic 'appointments' in the science room, with a group of students which never discussed it. Some thought he was a druggie, others thought he was just possessed by a demon.

Idiots... Grimm thought to himself as another group of girls quickly, and with much whisperings, scuddled out of his way, Demons don't possess others... He thought to himself, as he heard a piece of one of the whispered conversations. Demons, he knew, were a species all of their own. Along with vampires, and lycans, and a whole slew of different creatures. But he was one of few.

Grimm walked down the hall, and out of the front doors of the main building, out into the school courtyard. School wasn't out yet, in fact there was still two more classes to go, but he wanted to go get a drink somewhere. He had a free fourth period, at which point he had promptly gone to the science wing for purposes only he and those he met knew of.

Soon, Grimm was at the edge of campus. The security guards didn't bother to try and stop him. It wasn't unusual for him to do this. If he had parents to care, they didn't. Whenever the school tried to get a hold of them, no one was ever reached. And no one called back. Ever. So no one had any reason to believe that Grimm had parents, but, technically, it hadn't been proved that he didn't, either. No one, to most's knowledge, had seen inside his house...Assuming it was a house he went and disappeared to after school.

Anyone who may have possibly tried to 'follow Grimm home' would have, for even a second, gotten distracted, then when they tried to find him in the crowd again, found that they couldn't. The only explanation was that he could disappear...Or, as Grimm said when confronted, was that they were just too blind to keep up with him, before he so politely pushed past them to wherever he was headed next.

Grimm didn't go out of his way to be rude, but he wasn't really 'nice' either."

Hanako Cho

Hanako walked down the hallway with a rather loose Kimono on; she had a thing for oriental fashions. Hanako walked with a sexy confidence to her step. She heard a few male students give her a wolf whistle and talk about how women should stay in the kitchen behind her, which had her stop in her tracks. As they walked by, she took them both by their ears with a good hold. "So... You two find it amusing to talk trash about women?"

Once they realized it was Hanako that was in front of them, their faces turned white. Hanako was known for her disregard of school rules and would hit a student if it was necessary, maybe light their pant leg on fire, etc... Hanako let out a menacing, but appealing laugh. "Well if I hear anymore of this, I will roast you and feed you to my cats." As she let out a loud laugh the boys cowered in fear and apologized, quickly running to their next class.

Hanako entered her physics classroom of empty desks and sat at her desk with crossed legs, the slit in her kimono revealing smooth skin. She didn't teach until after fourth period, which was nice; she didn't have to spend all day with obnoxious brats. Although, she had to admit, their expressions made her laugh whenever she resorted to threats. Once in a while she would get a student who would challenge her, which was very fun..Hanako glanced over her shoulder at her blackboard and grinned; today her class would be dealing with fire.

*~*Grimm Jaggerjack*~*

Grimm walked off campus, and down the street. He wasn't one for cafes, or fast-food restaurants, or convinience stores...He went to an out-of-the-way place, that very few people knew about. It took about ten minutes to walk there, five to get what he wanted, and another ten to walk back to campus. By the time he was returning, the end of fourth-period bell was ringing.

Grimm walked inside, and down the hall to the science wing, to a class in particular where he knew there wouldn't be any other students.

"Miss Cho, in the usual attire." He said, sliding the door closed after he slipped inside. He strode over to where she sat atop her desk, and placed a steaming coffee cup down next to her. "Your usual." He said, as if this was the most normal thing to do in the world; leave campus, go to some strange 'store', come back just to ditch fifth period, and give a teacher a drink they had gotten...Not to mention, being familiar what was that teacher's 'usual.'

Whatever others might make of it, Grimm just didn't particularly like his second to last class, and knew that the physics teacher, Miss Cho, didn't have a class. So he sometimes found himself coming to hang out in her classroom. And, it wasn't like she would be able to physically make him leave.

Hanako Cho

Hanako became giddy as she thought of all the things she could do with fire. Deciding it would probably be best not to leave her long silky, ink black hair down, Hanako put it up in a ponytail when a familiar face walked into her classroom, Grimm. She glanced down at her wardrobe as Grimm pointed out her attire and gave a glowing smile. "What can I say? I adore loose fabric," she said with a whimsical giggle.

Hanako beamed when she saw her favorite type of coffee next to her; black with cream, it was simple. But she could have five cups of that stuff and not be high off of too much caffeine. She brought the coffee to her lips and looked at Grimm with sparkling, hazel eyes, patting him on the head. "Aw, you shouldn't have." She was kidding of course because she was too lazy to get it herself, but she did appreciate it.

Hanako sipped her hot coffee and turned her attention to Grimm. "So Grimm, what stimulating conversation do you have for me today?" She asked, hopping off her desk. Grimm was pleasant company to have before she had to teach. He seemed indifferent compared to other students she had, which was refreshing. Hanako remembered the first time she found him in her classroom; completely invading his personal space. She was surprised when he continued coming to her class to keep her company. For she thought she had scared him away with her outgoing ways..

*~*Grimm Jaggerjack*~*

Grimm let off a smirk as she made such a rediculous statement as that he shouldn't have brought her the drink. "You know it doesn't cost me anything extra. It was just a matter of who I give it to." He scoffed, as he slid to sit on one of the desks, bringing his own steaming coffee cup to his lips. No, he didn't drink coffee, but whenever he came to see Miss Cho, as he always called her, he always brought her the same drink, her favorite, and one of his own, of which's contents no one seemed to know.

Perhaps it was just out of habit, more than conscious decision, but Grimm was a fairly concealed person. Not that that really mattered, as not most cared to even try to get to know him. So the task of being mysterious was all too simple for him. "And who says I have something to talk about?" He said, in his usual fairly snide voice. To say the least, he could easily fit into the category of 'obstinate, meddling brat', but that suited him just fine.

If anyone knew that there was more to him that what there appeared, it would probably be Miss Hanako Cho. She was undoubtedly the person he spent the most time with. Not that that was a hard contest either, as most stayed away, and Grimm didn't attempt connection between himself and other students, for the most part.

"I just wanted to make sure you knew that 'they' have decided to add an extra session..." He said, as he brought the cup away from his lips, his eyes moving up to hers. "Wouldn't want them accidentally mis-informing you..." He said leaning back, "Again." It wasn't unusual for the curious students which Grimm went to see at least once every other week in the science room during fourth hour would sometimes try to get in a time where a teacher wasn't around.

Grimm let out a soft sigh as he looked around the room. The first time he had come in here was two years ago. He had been wandering the halls, not feeling like leaving yet, but not going to class either. He had seen a door partly open, and upon further inspection, he saw that no one was inside. He went in, and noticed that the classroom was in use that year, and so he started to look around.

A few minutes later, Miss Cho had come in, and the rest was history.

"What about you?" He asked, turning his head back to her. "Your students still idiotic morons who can't seem to learn?" It wasn't unusal, either, for Grimm to listen to whatever it was she had to say about her classes. After all, a teacher's still a person; they need to vent as well.

Allie was walking toward the building; the beautiful sun was shining down on her. She was lying on a bench, closer to the school now. Or, that's what she had to tell herself, the school in fact, looked like a castle, it was dark and stormy, black clouds lined the sky.

She had taken a break from walking, her large back pack next to her. It was very heavy, and she hated carrying it. In her other arm she had her little camera bag with all her camera accessories. The Nikon D260, her newest camera, she held near to her. It had to be protected, it was her new baby.

Finally she went up to the big double doors and opened them. “Now where do I go…” She looked around and was in awe. The school was beautiful. She was very happy she brought her camera. She would be able to get amazing pictures. “Hello…” She called out to no one in particular.

Hanako Cho

Hanako gave Grimm a glowing smiled as she sipped her ever delicious coffee. She walked around her classroom, turning on the fire at each table with a snap of her fingers. Hanako glanced at Grimm as got herself on top of a table and stood on it; strange.

"Well, you are the only student that really does chat with me on my free time. So you may have some things to say now and then." She said with a smile and raised eyebrow. Hanako was curious about many things, mainly people, and asked many questions.. And when she didn't get an answer, she would come up with the wildest assumptions. Hanako looked at Grimm with a cocked head, but didn't push the matter. She may like to pry, but she knew when to stop.

Hanako's smile faded into a solemn expression as Grimm told her of the curious students who called Grimm to them like a dog. "Have they?" Hanako took a sip of her coffee before meeting Grimm's eyes with her own brilliant, hazel eyes that had a fire birning deep inside them. Brats, she thought with a sneer.

A smile appeared back on Hanako's face as she still stood on a table. She let out a loud laugh at what Grimm had said about her students. Hanako finished her coffee and tossed it into the trash, which was across the room. "Yes they are sadly. However, I will get the few who are interested; that is when things get interesting." She said with a wink.
