This sub-forum is used whenever we need to stage a roleplay outside of the Weyr, such as in the Northern Continent. We'll add places as we need them, so if someone adds a place just for the hell of it (like adding Telgar Weyr when we have no riders from Telgar, we're not going to Telgar for any reason, and we have absolutely nothing to do with Telgar) it will be deleted. Got it? Good. Now, say, if you add Telgar Weyr and there is a significant event (such as a Hatching, a mating flight is thrown open, a Conclave of Weyrs is called, etc) then it will remain open and posted in.
Enjoy the sub-forum, and be on your best behavior.
