i would have to say my favorite pranks are any that involve glue, tape or live animals.
a great one is to release 4 chickens in a building and label them 1, 2, 3, and 5. they will spend forever trying to find the nonexistent number 4! xd

I like the surprise pop out gags. You know the people who hide in bins and boxes or behind or under things and jump out when people approach.

I'd love to pull off the one that Dan Cummins suggested: get a bunch of midgets, dress them up like cowns, and have them dance around your friend's bed talking gibberish. Make sure you have a video camera ready, because you'll definitely want this on video. One of two things will happen. either your friend will cry themself insane, or start whoopin' some little clown a**. Either way, you post that video on YouTube, you'll crash the whole internet.

My 2nd grade teacher told us how she got pranked with one day:
Years ago she was driving home from school, throughout her way home she heard a noise, and people were honking their horns and waving at her. She stopped to get some gas and the gas attendant said congratulations, when she finally reached her home, she checked the back of the car, and some of her students tied cans to her car and placed a Just Married sign too. The next day she told the kids responsible that they all had detention for their little joke.
