Krad entered the room. He felt a sudden chill in the air, a deathly chill. He rubbed his hands as he made his way towards the center of the room. He noticed a dark cloaked figure meditating in the center of the room, facing the other direction. Krad approached the figure. It stood up, still looking in the other direction. It turned and ignited its lightsaber, a dark crimson glow illuminated the room. A hood masking its face. Krad ignited his own lightsaber, facing the person. They engaged, their blade's locked fiercely. Krad attempted many moves and styles that he learned but was matched every time. Enraged, Krad began to strike with aggression and knocked the figure off balance. Knocking its hood down. He instantly recognized the face, it was his own! The other him sneered, its eye's glowing bright yellow. It pushed him off and began to strike at him again. Krad was shocked by the realization that he was fighting himself. He struggled to meet each blow since he was still confused by this sudden revelation. As he fought with the other him, time passed. It seemed like an endless onslaught. As time crept on, Krad began to grow weaker. But then he devised a plan. Sensing victory, the darker form of himself swung a powerful swipe, knocking Krad's lightsaber out of his hand across the floor. Krad attempted to retrieve it, using the force. But the clone used the force as well and soon seemingly overpowered Krad. taking it in its hand. It stood over Krad, holding both weapons, its red lightsaber in its right hand, ignited. Krad's lightsaber was off though. Krad closed his eyes and smirked. He flicked his hand, using the force to activate his lightsaber. The darker form had grabbed the lightsaber the wrong way, the blade igniting into its body. It let out a low gasp of realization, struggling to stay alive. but then fell to the floor. Dead. Krad stood up and retrieved his lightsaber. And left without saying a word.

Wullf entered the room with no idea what would await him. He found himself curious and a bit nervous at the same time. The nervousness would help keep him sharp and his scenes keen. For the most part the room was dark with little to no lighting in any one spot of the giant room. The lack of light did not affect Wullf the same way the cave had not affected him. His eyes adjusted and gleamed there red tone allowing the still Jedi Knight to see about the room.

Tall pillars paralleled each other along a wide and long path way draped in a carpet. Wullf had a feeling the carpet was red or some other symbolic color. For while he could see clearly in the darkness his since of color was escued due to the spectrum change. Almost everything had a cool tone to it with subtle touches of warmth about the few illuminated areas. However all color was to any one was the way the light was reflected into one’s eyes, so a color was not such a definitive thing as the light spectrum that illuminated that object. Once Wullf stepped on the area he believed to be the carpet his feet touched without any cushioning what so ever. With a sigh of his small error the wolf man began to continue his walk inside the room and waited for whatever trial came his way.

Wullf looked around the dark room not knowing what he would face or how he would face it. He had always been more physical action than mental but he could still think on his feet if the need arose. His hand continued to hover back and forth above his lightsaber at the ready but hoping he would not have to use it. Wullf could hold his own against any enemy that faced him but that was not the true role of a Jedi and such thoughts would not help his trial to master statues.

Something subtle moved in the darkness and both Wullf’s ears and nose caught the action. The force came to him and guided his eyes to the spot. There in the distance a pair of eyes could be seen looking right back at the Jedi Knight. Those eyes gave of the same glow that Wullf’s did but with a deeper tone to the glow. Coming closer the eyes gave way to a face a face Wullf knew all too well, his own. However Wullf could tell there were subtle changes to his mirrored self changes that were obvious even in the low light conditions.

“It seems kind of pointless to do this in the dark when we both can see just fine in the dark. Allow me,” The mirror Wullf said with a sly tone, and with a snap of his fingers the lights came on in full.

The sudden change from dark to light caused Wullf’s vision to blur while it quickly tried to change back to the normal spectrum. Once things became clear Wullf could see his mirrored self all too clear. His fur was darker even black in some areas with the lightest tone being a deep grey. A scar crossed his face down his right eye that had a red tone to it. His chest was uncovered and showing a mean second scar going from the left shoulder down to the right hip, it too had a slight red tone. Black armor covered his arms trimmed in a dull almost rusted gold. Dark purple paints were held tight at the waist by a red sash with a small black leather belt on top with a lightsaber attached to it. The same kind of armor covered the mirror image of Wullf’s legs and feet and ended with sharp points around the claws.

“Alright without sounding like an idiot I’ll ask the obvious. Who are you?”

“I think we both know the answer to that, but I am guessing you wanted a name not a life story. I am Darth Twilight. I am you.”

“Yeah I got that part, there are not many in the universe that come close to looking like me. You must be my dark side the side of me that wants to come out, right?”

“No no, I am your future. Think about it only makes since. You are one of the best in combat and yet you hold back because you are a Jedi, you could take over any planet without breaking a sweat but you don’t because you’re a Jedi, and you could become a Sith Lord but you won’t because you’re a Jedi. The only thing in your way is obvious, you were born to be a Sith. Your mere appearance screams Sith in every way shape and form. You are a hunter, a warrior, and a powerful one at that, feel it you know it’s there.”

“I could deny everything you said and believe that you are just trying to provoke me, but I would be lying to myself. I know that everything you said is true except that my future has yet to be determined. I walk my own path and do so with the belief that I am doing the right thing. You are simply on possible path and one I will not take. Talk all you like because it will do you no good Darth Twilight,” Wullf said that name with almost a smile.

Darth Twilight growled and pulled his lightsaber and ignited it. A pulsating red blade came from the weapon and it seemed to be chaotic in its pulsing nature. Darth Twilight gave one final growl and launched himself at Wullf with the full intent of striking him down and showing him the truth. The closer Twilight got the less Wullf seemed to care even smiling as the Sith version of himself got within feet. At the last second Twilight jumped and sailed towards Wullf with a powerful overhead chop that would slice the Jedi Knight clean in half.

“I do not fear you, now be gone from this place.”

With that the image melted away as the killing blow fell gowning right through Wullf. With a sigh and a wipe of his brow Wullf smiled again and this time even gave a little chuckle.

“I looked ridiculous in that getup. I would think some other Sith would have at least killed me for my bad taste if nothing else. The name wasn’t bad though I might have to remember that for something one of these days,” With that Wullf exited the room and walked back to the Grand masters room.
