here are the rules..
Members are ranked Numeros
Crew are ranked as Espada
there will be 2 crew members who will become commanders(Gin,Tousen)
it depends if they are always active
How to become a Espada? just show the guild that you are always posting and an active member...
What if demoted to numeros? You will automatically become Privaron Espada, if you ever wanted to be promoted you must become a active member...
Each numeros would be assigned into Fraccions led by the Espada.
Important rules:
No fighting
No saying of Bad words
Do not violate the rules
And call me Aizen sama
That would be all
