Today is the final general meeting of the semester. This Saturday we have our End of the Year Party and today we vote for our Officers of the '09-'10 School Year.
The voting will be done one position at a time From President to ICC Rep. While the candidates are outside a poll of hands will be taken by the highest avalible officer.
The Vote taken will be similar to the last meeting's speeches.

*If someone drops out of the running leaving only one candidate for that position, upon voting that person must have 10 votes of half of the club to receive the position (whichever is greater). If a position is unfulfilled the New Executive Board may put someone in position with a unanimous Executive Board vote and the Adviser's approval except for the position of president. All open positions after that remain open until a vote takes place during the second or third meeting in Fall.
