Deep within the lava lands, deep within the depths of the greatest, and largest volcano a dragon slept for many days without waking....
Fargon slept for many days, until he felt another presence, a vert sad one, near him. He opened his eye to a slit and looked around to find one of the clans little hatchlings looking at him with a sad look. He mentally sighed, then gave a great yawn, startling the little hatchling, then stretched his mighty wings and sat up and looked down at the little one. "Why so sad Zargo?" The little one just looked at him again. "You miss her don't you?" When the little one nodded he gave another mental sigh. "She'll come back to us little one, I promise." He smiled and wished that he was right. Then he scooped up Zargo. "Come little one, I'll take you back to the other hatchlings. I believe that O'tero's going to teach you all to fly today." He noticed that Zargo cheered up a little. When he came out of the great volcano he spread his wigns and jumped off the edge and glided down to the bottom, then set Zargo down and watched as the little one went to join the other hatchlings. Then he turned to go find the elders, if he remembered correctly they were going to have a meeting today.

The meeting didn't take as long as he thought it would, and the elders only went over the usual things. He went to the base of the volcano and crouched down on his haunches and launched himself to the side of the volcano, digging his talons into the rock, bringing his wings in tight to his side, then began to climb up the volcano til he was at the very top and looked out over the whole of their clan's land. The volcano of which he was perched was the largest one in this region. They would move the clan soon. That line, spoken by the leader of the clan, moved around in his head, echoing. The clan loved the lava, everything here, but even an erupting volcano can be dangerous to a fire dragon. He turned and looked down into the bubbling lava of the volcano of which he stood and remembered the words the elder leader had spoken. Soon the large volcano will erupt, then soon following the smaller ones will erupt. We must move the clan until it is safe to return. He side and remembered also the uproar that brought, but then the leader had held out his wings fully to call for silence then continued. Lava of couse is no danger to our clan. However it's the little ones that are most in danger. Then too are the debris, the large rocks that fly from the mountain. We cannot risk this clan being injured by this. I have sent scouts out who have found a small island that would suit us until it is over and we can return home. There was of course more talk, but he did not listen. He sighed then looked back out and watched as the clan prepared to leave they're homes. Then stretching his wings out, jumped from the ledge of the volcano and glided to the next one over to the cavern he inhabited, to prepare for the move as well.

Two days have passed since the meeting with the elders, and today...was moving today. Everything was set and he left his large cave and out onto the ledge and looked over the valley of fire to see the entire clan gathered there. He stretched his great wings, then jumped from the ledge and floated down to a lower peak and listened to the head of clan speak, then mentally give directions to all of the clan in case, somehow, some of the clan got seperated from the main group. Then the leader took off into the air, and all the clan followed him. He pumped his wings lifting high into the air and following after the others. All the while wondering where his sister was and if she would be able to find them in they're new, temporary, home.
