You find a large tome at the front of town library, it seems to have many details about Mizuumi Valley.
Mizuumi Valley was once a prosperous Town that was known for it's farming and fishing, but for some reason a rash of bad luck ran over the town and ever since it's been unable to be as wonderful as it once was. Just recently, a new Mayor has arrived and has aimed to bring back Mizuumi Valley back to fame!
... Now if only we could find out what happened that long ago.

The maps are faded and torn, it's illegible and beyond repair.
... Now if only we could find a cartographer who is willing to map out Mizuumi Valley again, I'm sure the mayor is willing to pay handsomely.
