General Appearance: His jaw sagging, black remains of hair falling out and dry flesh. To hide this he wears a blue cape over himself, with heavy gentlemen outfit and a silver plate mask that shows blank gloom expression.
Armor: Leather jerkin
Weapon(s): long sword, concealed knives, at the moment two glass globes that explodes out poisonous gas and needles (Pointy needles cool )

HISTORY
One of the lower noblemen while alive, he caught a horrible disease that was eventually ravaging his life. He would have died, if it wasn't for the work of Necromancy. While seeking for enternal life, they required an experiment and found Echardt.
With somewhat success, Echardt was revived into a new person, but still decayed like all undead, except he could still move as he did during the living as long as he was hitting with nuts and bolts and is fitted with a silver tongue and things to hold his jaw so he speaks probably from behind his mask, although he is always revealed to tear off the thing that holds his jaw for relief.
In return owed eternal servitude and he gifted his house as sanctuary as well. Now with his knowledge and skill he serves and powerful and devious servant.

Echardt has a set of chemicals that he carries in his stomach and if he shuggers it around correctly, he's capable of releasing from a hazardous to anything that doesn't have a stomach like his biggrin .
