Corporate System
Recruit: This is title of every new Pallas Corporation employee. You will receive further training as is deemed necessary. Score high on the tests, and you will be exempt.
Junior Operator: As a Junior Operator you are not quite qualified for Operator status yet, but you have proven that you are an asset to Pallas Corporation. During your time as a Junior Operator the board of director’s will review your contributions for the company, and determine whether or not to grant you Operator status. Please note that your prior experience will be taken into account during your review.
Specialist: As a Specialist you are neither an Operator or a Junior Operator, but the fuzzy gray line in between. When the board of director’s cannot make a decision, but feel that a Junior Operator has proven themselves they are made a Specialist. Specialist is a temporary status in Pallas Corporation, and is looked at as being equal to Junior Operator.
Operator: Operators are the back-bone of Pallas Corporation, sent to complete assignments and led by either a Chief Operator or Veteran Operator. An Operator is also granted access to certain assets (such as weapon accessories), depending upon how long they’ve been a part of the company.
Chief Operator: Chief Operators are the leaders of the Pallas Corporation security teams, leading Operators, Specialists, and Junior Operators in their endeavors. It is expected that Chief Operators be highly trained and think tactically, as well as have extensive experience in combat scenarios.
Commander: These are the commanders in chief of the combat units. They develop large scale strategies, and give orders to the rest of SWORD. They can lead multiple security teams into combat, if necessary, although this is a rare occurrence and highly discouraged. Commander is the highest achievement of a Pallas Corporation Employee.
Formations
Security Team: A Security Team is made up of five men or women led by a Chief Operator or designated Operator. Pallas Corporation Security teams are most commonly hired out as they are the cheapest and draw the least amount of attention. All Pallas Corporation employees are trained in special operations so that should the need ever arise our employees are prepared for the task at hand. It should be noted that a five person team would be the best option for smaller operators.
Task Force: A Task Force is made up of five Security Teams, or twenty-five individuals. It is led by a Commander, who relays orders to the Task Force regarding their operation and provides intelligence on a need-only basis. When a Task Force is required for an operation a Chief Operative may be tasked with being the commanding officer on the ground, while a person of the Chief Operative’s choice will be their secondary. Since a Task Force is so large it is not recommended that it be used for small scale operations, but rather large deployments.
