Hiya! =D I'm bored and AX is coming up soon. So's the spring/summer-week break, in which I will have utterly NOTHING to do! =DDDDDD
I won't be able to get to any cosplays finished until Summer vacation. You can request cosplays, but keep in mind that I need at least three (3) months prior notice for a cosplay that needs to be done in time for a con. You must put what con it is for and the latest you can pick it up.
If I don't get back to your post within a day, please send me a PM. Gaia guilds have been wonky for me on my computer, so I don't check the guilds as often as I used to.
Anyways, I'm offering up my services to make cosplays for YOU guys! I made the announcement some meetings ago when I showed up as FATsumoto [har har], but only one person came up to me during/after the meeting inquiring about my services.
I like making stuff, and since taking the Fashion 10 class [Basic clothing construction] during Winter Intersession, I've REALLY been on a sewing kick. I made the Matsumoto cosplay that I was wearing some weeks ago, and plan to wear to Karaoke Night tomorrow.
I would like to offer my services to anime club and help to make people's cosplay dreams come true. I'm afraid that I'm not that talented yet when it comes to clothing construction, but I know how to roll with the punches and am willing to take on any costume construction challenge.
You're probably wondering if this is gonna cost you anything. Well, sad to say, it is. I'm not made of money, so I'll need YOU to pay for the material fees, maybe a little gas to get to my material stores, and a hopeful but not required construction/labor fee. ><; Don't worry, I'll already feel bad enough having to make you guys pay for the material, so I'm probably not going to charge much on the construction of clothing. The destressing it provides and the mental challenge of making something new is usually a good enough payment for me. [I'm kind of old-fashioned. You provide me something that I feel is equivalent to my services, and I'm good.]
Eto eto... what else? Cost, materials,..... Oh right! Discounts! =D I can sometimes get my material cheap, like 40%-50% off, depending on what fliers I get. ^^
Cost, Materials, Discounts,.... Required!~ That's right! There's some things that I require before I can start working on your costume, aside from price of material.
