While this thread is OOC members of Pallas Corp. are required to follow all rules.

Righto, so, any suggestions? Changes to be made? I'll write up the rules in a bit. Kind of wiped after today: last day of final exams. ******** three hours, for 275 questions. x.x

We need to set our priorities, We need a foundation before we can even consider the details. Most impirtantly, where will actually RP these OP's? At the location/thread of the patron's choice, in other words do we go out into GAIA to rp or do we rp here? What parts of the guild are customer only? Do we take requests or make our own OPs.
Do we have ranks, branch's? Who's allowed to post where? Is the front page customer only? I'll have more ?'s later,

Suggestion:
Ranks
-Founder
-CEO
-Chief Advisers: Vice Captains.
-Advisers, shareholders: crew
-CO's-Divisions,
-Sub-CO's-Sectors
-Sgt, Corporal, Pvt.
-Branch's (Division) :Sub-branch's (sectors):
(Corporate "Military") Tactical Enforcement Division: Infantry sector, Spec Ops Sector (assassination, etc),
(Scientific) R&D Division: Testing sector, Field Experiments sector, Laboratory experimentation sector.
(The bulk of the Corp) Logistics Division: Propaganda/recruitment sector,
Medical sector, Supply sector, Intelligence sector, Mechanics/maintenance sector.
What do you all think so far?
So Basically Branch's are divisions, sub-branch's are sectors.
A commander controls a division and a sub-commander commands a sector. Crew are like commissars and can mix in a little of everything.

There are two Directors: Ralen and myself. That is subject to change in the future. However, the actual Director characters will be NPCs. We'll probably be roleplaying the squad guys.
And as it stands, the only non-combat rank other than Director is Colonel, so depending on the number of people a Lieutenant can be the head honcho of a squad.

If your character learned them IC, then yes. Of course, everyone will have to undergo Pallas training.
