Okay... So I've always known that Im a dork... -looks at self-
That fact is unexcapable.

But it really hit me of just how much a dork I am today.

I needed new pencils so I asked my mom to pick me up some, she got me mechanical cause thats the only kind a use. But these were like.. the gods of mechanical pencils.
Theyre shiny and look like pens and they have reversible erasers and /extra/ erasers and came with lead in a really cool tube and then it hit me...

I was spazzing over pencils.

DORK!

So Im starting this thread.

Basically all you have to is continue the sentence in the title.

Easy, no?

You know your a dork when:

Your asleep in your dorm room and the fire alarm rings, and before running to safety you grab your laptop.

Later when your standing outside you realize, you should have grabbed pants. But you still regret nothing!

You know your a dork when..........

your computer comes before pants in a fire.

...You think Latin jokes are funny.

Uhuh. Oh yeah, total dork over here.
My biggest, most memorable dork moment has to be this one time in Latin class. The teacher was telling us this story about this guy who had a tattoo (in Latin) on his arm.

The tattoo read "vidi, vici, veni"

I was the only person in my entire class who got the joke. [and subsequently burst out laughing]
The tattoo SHOULD have read "veni, vidi, vici" meaning, "I came, I saw, I conquered."

Instead, the tattoo he got said "I saw, I conquered, I came."

Also, yeah. Oni? I feel your pain. I love pencils :')

You know you're a dork when...

...You listen to a song and know what two specific words are.

And what are those two specific words? They are 'ventrilo' and 'DOTA'.

Ventrilo (or Vent) is a proprietary voice over internet protocol program that when applied to Windows and the use of a mic, is over great use in many MMORPGs. (Such as World of Warcraft. (Level Seventy-One Restoration Druid for the win here.)) It's chief purpose is to making raiding and such easier. That way you can fight without having to pause and type to b***h out a few neewblets who don't know how told hold aggro.

DOTA refers to 'Defense of the Ancients' which is a custom scenario for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.

And to think. All this coming from a chick. >_>
