The Time Paradox Gate
Wandering the vast continent of Shattrius-Oniah you find an ancient stone gate, it'a arch covered with ivy, dust and something you can only identify as age. It has a faint hum as you step closer to it and you can see a faint glow from it's interior, it is like an old mirror without your image, it's an image of something darker... It is some sort of gateway, but between what, you don't know for sure. You would have to go in and see what it really is and at the same time measure what the concequences will be. So will you journey into this mysterois gate or will you leave somethings unanswered?

Deciding aganst you better judgement you step into the portal. there is a breif drakness but moments later you are standing with your back behind a similar gate but wait-- weren't you just facing it? You look around you. Things seem the same, you walk down a small gravel path that wasn't there before. There are noises, noises of a city, voices and creaking wheels. You turn the corner and find yourself outside of the metal gates of a huge city. There is a sign. "The City of Galias"

"Welcome, traveller!" A Gate guard calls. He is standing outside of the metal City gate and has a cheery grin. "You must a Gate Traveller!" He calls. He walks over to you and looks you up and down. I wonder what time period you jumped out of, you sure do dress funny...." He muttres. "No matter-- let me tell you what happened. The gate is what we call a Time Paradox. It will take you from whatever time you were in, to this time here. So no matter what time you jump from you get here. For the people who belong in this tim, Im afriad cannot go anywhere. No adventuring for them!" He says with a small smile. "You can't get very far past the forest here but you can help us." From what we've heard our city will be in ruins at least 200 years from now, and we wish to prevent it. If you can travel around and look into things maybe you could help us?" The guard asks with a hopefull expression. He shrugs and turns back to his post. "But it's all up to you." And almost as a side not he adds: "And by the way, my name is Archeus."
