I've just recently checked out the Persona franchise and the games are great though it reminds me alot of dot Hack.

hmmm i never played any of the .Hack games but i did persona games. and they are hella fun. great story line to it too. but the dungeon are kinda boring. but heck i usually set goals for myself whenever i go in them. just to make things more fun.

The dot Hack games are sort of boring. The dungeons are always the same templates and the gameplay is repetitive. Though I do like the story.
Also I did spell dot Hack right or however you're suppose to type it.

whats wrong with spelling out the dot part of .hack? anyways did i mention the songs from persona 3 and 4 are awesome! it always makes me want to go play the game again.

Cross, although the dungeons may be a little repetitive (okay A LOT repetitive..) //.Hack still has an awesome gameplay and upgrade system, and the storyline isn't too shabby either.. Persona's tactical immersion and unique level-up system does make it a better game, though.

Persona does have one thing that I would love if they put it in. You should be able to play as the personas and fight as them. I think that would be the best. And the fusion system from devil summoner 2.

Kianaries ejii i wonder if there will be a persona 5? and what will it be on?? absolutely agree that FFXII is GORGEOUS! and im sure the Persona 5 would look great on it too. the only reason i would want it on the PS2 is cuz i don't have a PS3, but hey if the game gonna look great and its awesome as ever i dont mind saving up money to get a PS3. i want to play metal gear solid 4 on it! xd but i do want P5's dungeons and shadows to be a little less repetitive...
