The Ratt Shack was created after some people got sick of other guilds moderators abusing their power and basically acting like dorks. Which is why here everyone will be entitled to their opinion, no matter how stupid.

Talk about whatever you want within the ToS, however direct attacks against a person will not be tolerated. Jokingly mocking someone is fine, but when it's not intended as a joke, or it is determined to be excessive it must stop. The person on the receiving end of the criticism must also agree that it is excessive, because we are not gods and do not know everything. If you feel you are being unjustly abused please bring it to the attention of the mods.

We have a 3 strikes and your out policy. If you break the ToS, ignore guild mods when told to stop something, or act like a general pain in the a** you will receive a warning. Once you are warned 3 times, you will be banned. That is not to say you will only ever get 3 warnings. Say you are excessively obnoxious one day (we all have our off days) and you are warned once, then 6 weeks later you post a pic that may violate the ToS, I wouldn't necessarily consider that 2 strikes, however depending on you general attitude as a whole, it may impact the decision.

If you are banned for any reason you may appeal the decision and all available mods will decide your fate. If it is determined that we see fit to allow you back into the guild, your ban will be removed 1 week after it was implemented. The following week you will be under probation, meaning if you break one rule, you will be banned permanently.
