Personality: Cedric is a good man and wishes to be a good father, but because he is on the job so much he doesn't have time to. He sees the global unification as a bad thing, but can't do anything about it so ignores it the best he can.

HISTORY
Cedric was grew up in California with an upper middle class family of 4 (including himself). All his life he wanted to be someone important and help others so it is only natural that he joined the police. At first he served as a local policeman, but he wanted to do more, and see the world, so he joined INTERPOL. There he climbed through the ranks quickly and is now an Inspector. With the increasing violence from Androids INTERPOL created a special unit to deal with them, and Cedric was assigned to be in charge of it. He likes working in the field and has always felt that a desk is a prison. He also likes the thrill of action, as many Android cases become violent.
Cedric married his High School sweet heart Sarah upon graduation. They love each other dearly, but Cedric's job has him away from home more and more often, something that they both are very sad about. They have a 4 year old daughter named Lucy who is the greatest thing that has ever happened to Cedric, but he has missed out on so much of her life already, she is one of the many reasons Cedric is considering leaving INTERPOL.
