Ah~ The lovely art forum. What you can post here is pretty obvious I should think, but I'll give some examples for you anyhow.
Art of all kind is welcome here as long as it follows the ToS. We don't need the admins coming down on our heads about what some member has posted. We also don't want to run the risk of offending anyone. So if you have some nice avi art, digital art, hand drawn art, photo shopped art, or what not, then you can post it right here.
Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated as well as just squealing over how amazing something is. Negative and hateful comments will be frowned upon/deleted/might get the user posting such things banned.
No specific tags are necessary. So, have fun.
