The Shadowbringer is the champion of darkness. Her task in Gaia is to spread shadows wherever there is light, to push back the luminescence and make way for the things that go bump in the night.
Basic Class Sheet:
Quote:
Shadowbringer Class
Shadow-ID Faction Class
Abilities:
- CD: 5 Posts - The Shadowbringer can "commune" with Shadow and receive hints on where to go, info on Light-ID'd enemies, or regenerate his health in any display of darkness, excepting the shadow she creates. Conversely, when faced with extreme light, it is incredibly hard for the Shadowbringer to sustain health. Catching a Shadowbringer in broad daylight with no shadowspots is a wise move.

- CD: 3 Posts - A basic shadowy energy attack with 45% chance to hit. Upon hitting, opponent must roleplay shadowy energy wracking their body (minor), and Light-ID'd opponents must roll under 85% or be unable to Lightpact for 3 Posts.
There's something I just thought of to clarify attacks for RPers. Types of damage attacks can do will allow RPers to roleplay their damaging effects on them if they are hit.
(Minor) damage - Something like a burn to the shoulder, or legs sweeped from under them is minor damage.
(Major) damage - An arm completely blackened from explosion, a cut wound from a sword
(Devastating) damage - Body parts sliced off, deep grievous wounds, severe mental trauma, etc
Most attacks will cause (Minor) damage, as will most weapons unless they have the (Major) damage quantifier, such as a Greatsword*, which if swung and connects, could slice into someone. At the end of the spectrum, (Devastating) damage is a Huge Greatsword* connecting and it inherently would state that a hit tries to sever a limb, which would give the RPer a chance (in a % roll) to not have their limb severed off.
