Post any and all of your sugestions here. let me know your thoughts and ideas on the guild. if you want somthing for the guild let me know. currently im trying to think of an item for the guild members to wear. i want somthing that stands out but dosent cost to much. Please let me know what you think.

i suggest that when people go up a rank they can pm me their rank (if the have gone up) when they are about to log off gaiaonline
this makes it easier for me to update their ranks

I've got one, just like you want to have 4 Sqd Ldrs, and 2 Plt. Ldrs; why dont we have a Company Commander ( Captain ) and a Battalion Commander ( Lieutenant Colonel ), with a Battalion XO ( Major )

well the problame with that is that a batalion is 1000 men, and a company is 200 men, a platoon is any thing from 10-50, and a squad is 4-8 men. We only have like 17 members and not all of them are active.. As soon as i start banning the non active members we will only have like 12 members. lol..

lol Ill tell you what Jude, if you can get us active enough to get 10,000 members I will promote you to Lieutenant General and put you in charge of the whole damn thing. lol. ill also make you second in comand of the guild. lol

lol getting 10,000 member might be hard, but geting 10,000 active members is like really hard

no s**t, lol considering that there are maybe only 10-20k adult members, and maybe only 30k members that would be interested in the military type guilds, the odds are not stacked in our favor..

well, maybe we should get some people who are in the marines and get info on them, then get people who are cusious and may join the marines they can talk and ask questions here, therefore we can attract a few more members.
the u got the RP going, that will get RP'ers which expands on what kind of members we can get.

its a pretty good idea Mark, you should go set up a rp forum of your own. if its good ill join in, i just didnt know what to do with darkness' rp.. lol,
I want everyone to try to start a rp of their own, then dont all have to be about the marines, this is not your typical marines, We are the Gaian Marines, our ranks spread from Gundams to Dark Jedi just learn to go with it.

I brought this idea up because its the same way I run my navy in novus, except we have battle groups and fleets :]
