~10 Essential Crystals~ Amethyst
Amethyst is known for healing, calming mental effect, enhances the meditative state, creates pure thoughts, spiritual insight, relaxation, higher values. Also transmutes negativity and enhances the dream state.
Bloodstone
Bloodstone is a source of protection to prevent injury and disease. Often used for blood purification and aids circulation.
Carnelian
Stimulates energy and appetite, physical power and courage, helps to ground you to the physical plane, practical application of ideas.
Hematite
Hematite is one of the most grounding of all stones; it reduces stress and combats insomnia. It is said to help increase courage, concentrate energy and strengthen the heart. It is very beneficial to those attracted to it, but it is one of those stones that you either love or hate.
Malachite
On brow: Stimulates physical and psychic vision and concentration. Egyptians used green Malachite paste for eye makeup, calling it Udju, they believed it gave them psychic protection.
Moonstone

Hematite is an essential and a favorite of mine I carry some with my almost everywhere and I would wear my solid Hematite ring all the time if it was not so fragile.

 Can anyone identify this crystal? It was bought as something called 'DragonVein Jasper' I'm a little skeptical as the same stall was trying to sell me 'Azeztulite'...for those who don't already know about the Azeztulite scam, all it is, is low grade, highly flawed quartz, nothing more, nothing less.

A small addition....
Sodalite: often confused with lodestone. It is a stone for travelers and communicators. The surprising thing I found with this stone is it's use in healing the thyroid ^-^ (Something I need with my immune problem). I wear it as a necklace daily.

The surprising thing I found with this stone is it's use in healing the thyroid ^-^ (Something I need with my immune problem). I wear it as a necklace daily. Sodalite and Lodestone get confused? The two minerals don't even taste or smell the same. *is puzzled*

lol idk says that a lot in the forums about sodalite, guess it's the colouration or something
btw I did a lil digging on that stone, seems it's a dragon vein agate (aka spider web agate)

Still confused because lodestones look dark and rusty and sodalite is predominatly blue, black and white with russet patches. Meh, I don't know *shrugs*
Thank you. I've got three pendants of the same stone, all three of which will end up hanging off my staff.

I know people confuse sodalite and lapis lazuli, but if you look for the gold flecks (which are actually pyrite and indicate lapis lazuli) that will clear it up.

And Blue: Which slows down your metabolism.
I can't remember what else there was about it.

I can't remember what else there was about it. And don't forget green biggrin Though most only know about brown, red, and blue there's a green one too. I can't remember what it does; most of what's out there sold as green tiger's eye is really blue anyway, so you could probably go with the associations of Hawk's Eye (aka Blue Tiger's Eye).

I can't remember what else there was about it. Random Note: This goes along with a "diet" I found years ago called the aura diet lol. If you wore, ate and drank items in the red spectrum it would speed up metabolism and if you ate, wore, drank items on the blue spectrum your metabolism would decrease. Valid or not I have no clue, but was just reminded of it heh

I was wondering if anyone had any information on Quatro Quantum Silica? My info is pretty limited, but I know it's a combination of malachite, chrysocolla, shattuckite, smoky quartz, and dioptase. It also helps with aiding the immune system and with all chakras. ETA: Vox_Draconis Can anyone identify this crystal? Went on an info dig, and it looks like "dragon vein" is really just a type of treatment with agates and jaspers.
