Story
A dark figure walks into your mind as you sleep, you are in a room full of people, some look like the friends you know in the "Home" others seem as if they are from a much differnt area. The dark figure raised one hand and then slamed it down as he spoke in a very dark, and deep sounding way as he said.
"In the year 2143 the the United States, Without the presidents knoledge, along with its new island state of Japan (Lol) have combined their greatest minds togeather to create the worlds greatest super soldiers. The soldiers have strange powers over element, super human abilities, some are just crazy and skilled in many ways that most humans would never think possible. The problem is these people are just prototypes that they picked up off the road, they have no memories of who they were, the prototypes have great use until they can finaly create their greatest soldiers. At the time the soldiers they made were only able to use at a max of 5 powers, and the skills were something to be proud of because some how the super human skills were some how used as one power for each one, some didn't have it, some did.
Now it has been 30 years since then, and they have finaly created the soldiers they were after, but they have found no more use for the prototypes, and are about to execute them. After this they plan to kill anyone who doesn't submit to the control of their super army. The world is now under the chances of being ruled by master minds that have kept their projects secret to the world, just to rule it. You prototypes were only prototypes for the reasons that you couldn't learn more then 5 powers, and you have the ability to understand right from wrong, including free thought, which the scientests didn't like, but their super soldiers have 10 powers, but no free will, and because of this, they are extremely dangerous. You free will gives you an upper hand to these monster warriors, and they all need to be executed, and how is only up to you. Just be sure they cant be used to take the world. You escaped Prototypes now you may go and live your lives, until the time comes for you to escape."
The dark figure then left the dream for you to wake up at the start of the first true day of your life.

C55132 aka Hiro
He had just awoken from the dream he had, without knowing he shared it with more of his fellows who all lived in the "Home" but he belived it was just something his masters must have gave him to feel the regular human thing known as dreams they took away from him, along with his memory and identety when they took him. Today was his day to train with his sword, and maybe even get to go onto the roof to cut up some objects.
Though he mostly wanted to go down and visit with the others, but he knew he wasn't alone, because others also weren't aloud to be taken to visit and learn to speak. Though today was also that same day if he finished early he would be aloud to walk freely.
He waited for a good while then people opened the door and said.
"C55132, up, follow, roof, training."
Words they only said, that he understood. They knew he could learn fast, and only hearing words a few times would let him compute it, and be able to use it in a sentence, if he learned how to use one.
Hiro got up and followed them to an elevator where they went to the roof. He loved the smell of fresh air (The Home is located out in the middle of a forest like area.) and the looks of all the trees, and even when animals went by on the ground much below them. Then Hiro got to training, cuting object in half, and then had to use his powers. While outside the only power he was unable to use was space, because they had a collar on him that they only put on when taking him outside as to keep him from using his space powers to teleport and escape.
Training ended alot earlier then even Hiro expected and the scientest then said.
"C55132, free time, where ever."
Hiro then ran to the elevator, excited. Once they were past the top floor they took his collar off, and went all the way to the Prototypes free area, where almost all of them were when not training, leting them speak freely, and eat. Hiro then walked around, some looked at him and started to gossip, saying he was one of the units that were kept from others, and even used terms that meant mentaly weak, or just blood thirsty. Hiro didn't understand them, so he just smiled. He wasn't mentaly weak, but he was kept because they belived his power over space, and time could be used to help them get where they wanted, and thought eventualy he would learn more powers, but today they knew he wouldn't but would keep training everyone until they belive they can be used in the new army, until they create their perfect super soldiers.

A33799 a.k.a Korin
Korin sat up straight on the bed in her cell. She shook her head trying to make sense of the weird dream she had just had. She didn't like dreams. They where foregin to her, something that her trainers would inject into her to make her feel more human. she discarded the dream from her thoughts and stretched her limbs. Today was her day to train with her powers, but it was also a day for "free time", or at least thats what it was called. Basically it was a room where all the prototypes got to socialize.
"At least I get to to be out of my cell". she thought.
Suddenly the door of her cell swung open and a few short commands where barked at her.
"A33799, up, follow, outside, training!"
Korin got up and followed her captors to an elevator, and waited patiently while they strapped a control collar around her neck so that she wouldn't be able to use her powers to escape.
The elevator dropped to ground level and Korin was lead to a fenced courtyard, and was given a single bottle of water to exercize with. She stepped towards the bottle of water, making it explode as the water escaped from its plastic prison. She moved swiftly and fast, making variouse slashed and stabs through the air, She trained using her power over water and catlike reflexes to create weapons of ice and false attacks. Just when she was starting to break a sweat her captors returned, signaling the end of her training, and gave her three quick commands.
"A33799, free time, go!"
Korin rolled her eyes as she walked towards the elevator.
"What was she, an animal?
Korin was escorted to the prototypes "free" area, and had her collar removed. She wasn't a very social girl, and she was very untrusting of others. Korin quickly stalked past the others, and swiped a water bottle from another prototype without him realizing she was even there. Korin found a deserted place in a shadowed corner and sat down to people watch.
Before she had time to even take a sip from her water the elevator door opened and another prototype walked through its doors. he was a different type of prototype and carried a red sword on his back, she knew he was different because she had never really seen him before.
"He must be special if he dosen't come her often". Korin thought.
She didn't really care to keep track of the others like her, but she reconized faces, and his was somewhat new to her.She racked her brain trying to figure out who the guy was,but gave up after she noticed the other prototypes whisering and glaring at the strange guy that had just walked through the door...

R88349 aka Kyra
Kyra opened her eyes as the dream ended. She didn't quite understand why they insisted on injecting dreams into their heads while they slept. She sat up in her bed and looked at the wall as she waited for her day to begin. It seemed to be taken them longer to come get her this time. She sighed and layed back down. "Oh well. I'll just get some more sleep while I wait."
As soon as she fell back asleep her door slid open and the short commands began. "R88349, up, fallow, outside, training." Kyra didn't move. She had actually fallen asleep again. The commands started again. "R88349, move, now." They were louder this time and is woke Kyra up. She sat up fast and stood up and began to follow the damned robots. She hated these things. She also hated the fact that she always hat to wear the control collar because of her technology power. If she didn't have the collar on she would've escaped a long time ago. She fallowed the robots outside where left her to train. She sat down and closed her eyes it seemed as though she was working with the shadows since she told them to move around but she was actually training her technology power trying to get it strong enough to break the collar. She hated how the thing felt.
As she was sitting there she began to wonder for the millionth time why they hadn't killed her yet. She had made so many attempts to escape and it's so hard for them to let her train with out her making an attempt. She shrugged. "Oh well. I'll get out soon."
She continued to train in that same way until the robots came back for her. "R88349, free time, go" She stood up and followed them inside and to the "free time" room. She was glad the collar she was wearing was specifically for her technology power. She found a shadow and went into it so people wouldn't bother her but of course some pink haired girl just had to sit right on it. She reappeared on top of the shadow next to the girl. "Hey you. You're on my shadow."

C55132 aka Hiro
C55132 had been walking around, and trying to analize the language everyone was speaking. It was hard for him to understand them because so many of them were speaking at once that the only word he was able to understand is when one male came up to him and spoke to him, but all the noise kept C55132 from hearing it, but he did find one word from the boy, and he analized it, and took it as if he gave C55132 a title, and he repeated it back to the boy.
"Retard."
This angered the boy and he was about to swing at him, but all he did was laugh in C55132's face and said.
"Yes, you are a retard."
C55132's head tilted over to the side, and just smiled because he under stood the words yes, and you, but he couldn't pin point whether the boy was using the term "retard" as insult, or title because of how much irritation was in the boys voice.
C55132 turned around and started to walk away, but the boy got in his way quickly, almost as if his speed was a power of his and said.
"Your not the Hero of this story pal, now you will leave when i say you can."
C55132 heared a slight Japanese accent in the word hero and heared it with an I and repeated it as.
"Hiro?"
The boy just seemed to be a little annoyed with C55132, and thought that he was trying to act like an idiot, so to make the boy seem like an a*****e. The boy thought it was to late, then saw C55132 tilt his head almost as if he was trying to act stupid or confused. The boy then just yelled out.
"Ok hero boy, time for your lession."
The boy swung at C55132, and time slowed down because of this, making C55132 seem like his speed increased out of no where, and punched the boy in the throat. Time resumed and the boy just droped as it seemed a black and white flash went to his throat out of no where. C55132 then walked away to a much quieter area leaving the boy on the ground, just injuired. He noticed an area with 2 females, one seemed to pop out of the shadows, but it was just 2 so it would be alot more peaceful, so he walked over there repeating.
"Hiro."

A33799 a.k.a Korin
Korin nearly jumped out of her skin as a girl seemed to pop out of the shadows.
"Holy Cheese and Crackers!!" Korin yelled as she stood up and asumed an attack position.
How in the heck did this girl get here? and why didn't she feel her presence there? Was she looseing her theifing senses?
The shadow girl seemed annoyed and Korin final understood why, as the girl began to speak to her.
"uhhh....your shadow? Korin raised her eyebrows and looked at the ground.
"Oh my bad I was just chillin' here, you know away from the social retards over there.." Korin waved her hand in a sweeping motion around the room, "Didn't see you there."
Korin stared at the girl and her attatchment to the shadow pooled on the ground at her feet. Korin smiled and throught to herself, "Wow what a creepy power....sweet, sorta like my guiesting I wonder what else she can do?"
Korin was about to say more to the strange shadow girl, when suddenly there seemed to be a commotion across the room. Korin turned her head and saw that another prototype was picking a fight with the new guy she had noticed earlier. She didn't hear the words that were being exchanged, nor did she really care, but it seemed as through something was about to go down.
Korin smiled wryly and thought, "Nice I always love to watch a good figh..." but that was all she had time to say as the first punch was thrown, and the fight picking prototype seemed to fall to the floor.
"What in the name of Davie Jones happened?" Korin thought.
She was trying to comprehend why the fight had ended so quickly when she noticed the "new" guy strolling over towards, her and the shadow girls corner...

Kyra just leaned on the wall. And looked at the girl. She was going to reply but then she saw the girl look out at the other prototypes. She thought it was interesting how just before the guy fell to the ground the other guy's shadow sped up extremely fast as if it disappeared for a bit. Kyra was able to keep an eye on it though.
She looked back at the girl. "I can see why you want to stay away from the crowd. Not a very nice place to be." She then tried again to use her technology power against the collar but the collar tightened on her. She doubled over a bit. "Damn it" She sat down on the floor with an annoyed look on her face.

Korin turned back to the shadow girl that was doubled over.
"Hey you okay?"
Korin's eyebrows knited together. "Why was this girl still wearing her control collar? Did they forget to take it off her? I wonder if there's a different reason?"
Korin walked over to the girl and put her hand on the girls shoulder. It wasn't her style to be helpful, but the girl seemed to be just about as anti-social as herself, and she looked a little pained.
"Why the heck is your collar still on?"

Kyra laughed as she just sat there rubbing her neck a bit around the collar. She looked at the girl. "I'm not what you's call the most obedient prototype." Kyra stopped rubbing her neck and looked out at all the prototypes in the room. She hated this place and she always had a feeling that all this wasn't natural. There was something wrong here and that dream scared her even more. It if was true then they were all going to die soon.
She looked back at the girl. "Want to know a secret? I'm working on a new way to manipulate the shadows. Once I can figure that out I can get out of her."

Korin was surprised when the girl laughed. She hadn't heard laughter in a long time, and had almost forgotten what it sounded like. Korin's heart squeezed and she turned taking in the room around her. She hated it here with every fiber of her being.
Korin turned back towards the girl and her eyes widened as she absorbed what the girl had just told her.
"Say what?! Uhhh I mean...thats a pretty cool power, but what do you mean escape? I've tried like you wouldn't believe, but no cake,"
Korin didn't tell the girl about her using her fifth power and almost dieing during her last escape attempt.
"Oh by the way my names Korin." Korin held out her hand wondering if this girl was seriouse or just another failed attempt like herself.

"Kyra" She shook Karin's hand "Well, basically I've tried to escape with every power I have except my fifth which I haven't quite yet got the hang of. Anyway, my second power is the reason they have this on me all the time. If I could only get this damned collar off I'd be able to get out of here. Which is why I need my new shadow technique." The whole time she was speaking she was doing something with the shadow she was sitting in. It seemed like it was getting darker.

"What is your second power?" Korin asked.
"I mean if you have to keep your control collar on then it must be pretty intense."
Korin noticed the room was getting darker, no wait...it wasn't the room it was the girl manipulating the shadow they where sitting on.
"haha I'm guessing your other power has something to do with shadows?"
Korin couldn't believe she was actually having a conversation with someone. She normally didn't trust anyone, but there was something different about this chick. Korin lifted the bottle cap off her water bottle and emptied the water into her hand creating a glove incasing her hand in the water. She then dropped the temperature of the liquid and looked towards the girls reddend neck.
"That must suck waering that collar all the time, need and ice pack?"

Kyra laughed again. "I've grown numb to the pain but thanks. It only hurts when it gets activated. Although it's not activated with a shock like everyone else." She laughed. "It get's smaller and cuts off my air supply. My second power is the power over technology which of course also means electricity in a sense. I'm not able to train with it though. But I'll get this thing off soon." She gave a devious smile "It's almost ready." There was shadow in the palm of her hand it seemed different then normal shadows as if it was thicker.
