I've played many PS1 games but not enough to make me happy!

I'm manly into puzzle games and platformers

The original V8 was a good game and some fun as well.
Funny thing is I still have my old PS1 around but nothing to play it with or on it. Sold all the games and controllers to someone a long time ago when I got my PS2 (which is now gone)

I wish I could find this one really old game I used to play as a kid. I lost the case and the disk got scratched up and I haven't been able to ever find it since.
You played as a bounty hunter driving vehicles that resembled RC cars in my opinion. you loaded up on weapons and off you went. The name had the word offroad in it, but thats all I can remember about it. It was back when PS games came in those large bulky cases.
Does anyone remember this game at all?

I just got done playing the first GEX game.

Neon: I do more than one game at once, though I have found I get addicted easily and end up sticking to a single game that I like. Up until I get bored and never finish it. *wonders exactly how many unfinished games he owns*
Xlioe: ok let's see what kind of info can I give you?
- was released in bulky PS case, so it was early PS game before they started using jewel cases (was released around the time of the original Rayman game I do believe)
- would probably qualify as an action game though could also conceivably fall under racing or RPG as well
- not sure of the exact name of the game though I believe it had the word offroad in the title (I know that's not very helpful but it's also the reason I haven't found it)
- I can't describe the picture on the case, but I'm pretty sure I could pick it out if I saw it
Is there any other info that you could use that I might have?

Nice try but no, I go that during my search results too. I'm beginning to think I may have been wrong about the offroad part honestly.
I can't seem to find it anywhere, and I can't remember the name...
