The purpose of this is to allow folk to roleplay together.

Many people like certain animes, stories and genres of entertainment through roleplay. Although we will allow for some 'pure' franchise roleplays, it is practice for me in particular to allow crossover mixups in which any sort of character from anywhere can travel to another world/story.

No pure franchises/ well known characters are entirely allowed due to people wanting those characters making multiples of them running around. Six Narutos and eight Sephiroths just can't be done.

Characters based on franchise characters are allowed however frequent referrals/ looks kinda breaks the copyright laws but as long as your creation is different in some way I won't hold it against you.

lol I'm not up with anime to tell the truth I was hoping someone knew about this and could help out. lol I think all are problematic really. you can always add to the post.
