Into the building walks a man of no visible importance and with no remarkable facial qualities, except for a scar on his left cheek. He has a noticeable gimp to his walk and he walks with a cane. If one happens to notice him, you can see that he favors his right foot as he walks. Though he carries himself as a man of no importance, his eyes are set like a man with purpose. He moves through the Imperial building with ease, as if he has been here before, and heads towards the administratum offices.
His dark gray cloak, dirty and discolored, hangs around him loosely. His clothes, if you notice them, are a dark gray or black, are also loose. The more you stare at him, the more you might draw the conclusion that he is some vagabond. He carries nothing of value, except a coat of arms stamped on a gold medallion that hangs on a bronze chain. An insignia of a noble house and his free ride to the administratum offices.
Upon reaching the clerk for the particular administratum office he was heading for, he lays the medallion upon the desk and says. “I’m here to see the Scholar.” “Just one moment,” replies the clerk. About an hour later the scholar comes out to the meet the man. They exchange greetings and a few words and retire to the scholar’s office. The man tells the scholar why he’s here and ask for the scholars help in looking up the information he needs. The scholar agrees and leaves to go help find the information the man needs. About another hour later, the scholar returns again with the records in hand. The scholar hands the copy of the information he needed and they part ways.
The man leaves the same way he came in. He casually walks through the crowed halls with the same look of purpose on his face. When he finally leaves the building, he head towards his next destination.
