Ooh. So uh. I really kind of suck at keeping up and being consistent with TWG, since my focus is elsewhere, and I feel bad about it. So I'm looking for a colorist or a few, who would pretty much have free reign as long as they kept to the general rules, which is pretty much just coloring more Commons than Chaotic/Seraphic/Phoenix, and not coloring clothes-as-markings cosplays. They look ridiculous and arrgh, so none of those.
I am willing to consider edits,
if you can make them match the lines/shading, you run them by me before you release them, and you do not do clothes (bits of fabric are fine, clothes are not). Also, while you could make variations, the base features of each type would
have to stay the same - the little bat wings that Commons and Chaotic have, a pair of horns on Chaotic (but
not antlers, ever), small-ish feathered wings on Seraphic, the single horn for Commons and Seraphic, and the feather mane and tail for Phoenix. Also, no major edits to or replacing the wings on Phoenix, and Spiritless could
only have mane/tail edits.
You would do flatsales, breedings, events, customs, pretty much whatever. Colorists keep everything they make, including from customs and auctions, and can do pet trades. The only time you owe me is if you make something for yourself/a friend - in that case, I get half the custom price. Also, I do all the certing so you won't have to worry about that.
Templates to play with, if you're interested~

Sometimes you'll want to adjust the color balance or hue/saturation on them, or on the highlight layer.
I THINK THAT ABOUT DOES IT. If you have any questions, go for it :3. Guest colorists are also cool, but I would really love a full-time colorist or two.
