Bio: Frank's family came to rapture shortly before the skirmish between Frank Fontaine/Atlas and Andrew Ryan. Frank was nineteen at the time, and was completely fascinated with the Electro Bolt plasmid and made it his primary plasmid, upgrading it whenever he got a little bit of Adam. Everyone in his family had their reasons for going to rapture. His father was an industrialist, his mother, a scientist, and he was an artist, all of them fed up with the government's red tape. All of them, even his little sister. His mother was one of the designers of the Big Daddy suit and weapons. Frank's mother designed a special suit made for him, only to be used in the event her daughter was taken to be a little sister. On the night his sister was seized, Frank dawned the suit, and swore to protect his sister.
