My favorite manga is Hitman Reborn! But I'm kinda new to the manga/anime scene. I've seen all 131(currently) episodes of its related anime, and read most of the manga, except for a few boring chapters.
IF you don't know what Reborn is about:
"Tsuna is a hapless youth with low test scores and lower self esteem. His mother hires a tutor to help Tsuna out, but it comes as a surprise to the both of them when the tutor is a baby named Reborn, claiming to be from the Mafia. Reborn informs Tsuna that he's the next heir to the Vongola family mafia family and tries to help Tsuna reach the goal. Reborn possesses the Dying Will bullet, which kills a person and brings them back to life to fulfill the last regret they had, and even works to get Tsuna some henchmen to make him a true mafia boss-in-training." ~ AnimeSeason.com

I love KHR.
Frankly I find 8059 my new obsession.
Though I think I sort of dislike the recent shonen mainstream storyline that is developing... I'm really missing the filler arcs in the beginning of the series!! Even so, I really do like a few of the action scenes and the creative fighting styles that Akira Amano has used for her characters (seriously, dynamite launcher of the Sistema CAI is awesome). Though most of the archetypes are predictable and common, it's still fun to watch and I can't wait to see the end of the 10YL arcs.
