until recently I forgot how hard it is to get around without a car. especially since my college is 45 minutes north of where I live. last monday I got into a terrible car crash. I'm ok so is everyone else, my car just got totalled, so i'm out a car, without a job, going to college, having to somehow pay 1000.00 in premiums plus a ticket. I've hated this year. completely hated it. first a real close friend of my family dies, she was like my grandma, then my granpa dies, then my aunt ester dies, then another family member dies, then my brothers glasses get stolen and broke, then my car wrecks. it's freaking hard trying to get to somewhere when where you usually need to be is 45 minutes away. and the bus stinks. it's horrible it's a 20 minute walk where the bus is. it doesn't come by my house. this has all happened within the last 4 months. what else can go wrong?........i'm sorry i'm venting. i'm kind of frustarated. anyways, any suggestions for me to get around. bus is out of the question. walking is meh unless I want to get drenched....september to june is washingtons rainy season.

Sorry to hear about all the trouble your having.

I know you said a bus is out of the question but what about a taxi? I really can't think of anything else. Maybe finding a carpool. At my University, people are always carpooling o-O I've never done it but I mean. It helps out with saving gas.

Ya car pooling with someone would work. I just use a bus or my parents since I still live with them. (My dad works there lol ya I know sad) I wish you luck because I know it can be hard to get from point a-b without a car. D:

You should definitely check into car pooling, back home I used to hear advertisements for programs that place people together instead of just looking for randoms. It just seems safer to do it that way than to respond to an ad or something heart
