I'm trying to find methods of excorcisms. i've found on so far.

1.) Get a cup and a plate and, if possible, holy water
2.) place the plate on the person's head (restrain the person if needed) and place the cup on the plate upside down
3.) tap the cup in a steady beat and state the traditional lord's prayer 2-3 times
4.) splash small amounts of holy water on the person until they calm down
5.) remove the cup and plate from the person's head and be sure not to remove the cup from the plate, for the cup contains the spirit
sorry... i don't remember how to remove the spirit from the cup...
