It was dusk when everyone started arriving, just dim enough that the bonfire was easily spotted. The enticing sound of fiddle music and smell of good things to eat drifted on the air, inviting anyone and everyone to come on in and enjoy themselves.
Edon was hanging near the edge of the crowd, her eyes scanning for any sign of Damian or Mistletoe. She'd meant to lead them here herself, but had gotten caught up in helping the farm's owner get everything ready so she'd made sure to let them know and gave them the best directions she could...and sure that bonfire would be easy to spot, right?

"Oooooh! Look Damian! I see the bonfire!" Mistletoe said excitedly as she tugged on his hand.
Damian let himself be dragged along by the female. She had come to his house twenty minutes ago in absolute excitement. For some reason she insisted that they go together. "Why did we have to come together, again? I could have walked here by myself, of course." he said.
"Becaaaause!" Mistletoe explained. "It looks better when two or more people come to a dance than if they come alone. . . Oh look! I think I see Edon! HI EDON!" She began to wave as she and Damian walked up to her.

Tonina made her way over to the bonfire to enjoy its warmth, although being a creature of water she knew she would soon have to leave its glow to find a drink and make sure her skin didn't dry out. She found that she knew no one there, as her 'family' had not come with her. Tonina left the bonfire area, collected a refreshing glass of water, and sat down by a tree to people-watch.Tonina

Whiskathor looked around as he approached, feeling the light and warmth of the fire quickly, a light smile gracing his face as he looked around.Ketsle smirked lightly, admiring the lovely ladies that were starting to mill about, leaning against a tree as he looked around. "'Ello~ Ladies."

Edon grinned widely when she caught sight of Damian and Mistletoe, waving as she approached. "Hi you guys! You're just in time, the band's only played a few songs. Were you able to find it easy enough?"

Mistletoe grinned just as widely. "Oh yeah, it was easy! Damian slowed me down, though. He's one that likes to take his time when walking, ya know!" she giggled. "Well I'll see you later! I see some other people I wanna talk to!" she said as she ran off and waved.Damian scratched his head as she went. "Talks about how excited she was to see you again and then leaves." he muttered. Then he turned and smiled at Edon. "I'm glad to know we aren't too late."

Edon called after Mistletoe, "Ok, we'll talk later then!" She giggled a bit looking back to Damian. "She is rather flighty, isn't she? But that's alright, I'm just glad you could make it!" She offered an arm to him. "Come on and I'll show you around!"Selaine mulled around the fire with Bagara at her heels. The wouf kept eying the table spread out where the hosts had gathered some food for everyone. "Bagara!" Selaine hissed and the wouf jumped slightly and whined. "You just ate before we came!" the sorceress said with a sigh and shook her head. She made her way towards the bonfire looking between the faces of the people there. There were a lot of people attending, and she hoped more to come later.

Alexander approached the bonfire wondering where he would sit. Then he spotted an empty seat next to Selaine and approached. "Do you mind if I sit here?" he said with a slight smile.

Selaine glanced back to see who was speaking to her and did a double take. My he was handsome, not to mention naggingly familiar though she couldn't place why. She caught herself absently tucking a strand of hair back into place as she said, "Not at all, plenty of room here," and scooted slightly to the side to make a little extra room for him by her. "I'm Selaine, and that's Bagara," she said motioning to the wouf who was peeking around her skirt curiously and sniffing the air.

Alexander did a quick bow and said, "It's a pleasure to meet you my Lady," and gracefully sat down beside her. "And that is a lovely companion you have to escort you."

Mistletoe ran up to a male with a staff and a mohawk. "Hello yourself!" she said as she smiled at him. "My name is Mistletoe! What's your's stranger?"
Damian chuckled. "You could say that, but she's a good natured girl." he said as he took her arm. "Isn't it supposed to be the male that's supposed to offer his arm to the lady?" he asked with a small smile as he let her lead him around.
