Okay, I just woke up from having the strangest dream, and I'm positive I've had the dream before. It seemed so familiar.
There were a bunch of beings of pure white energy. They were trapped in this lab. The walls absorb energy and the whole building takes a lot out of an energy person to manipulate. The area they were in was plagued with chaotic energy storms so the lab was actually a safe zone for them so they didn't end up being carried away by these storms or turned into chaotic energy.
The person who ran the lab was a being of pure black energy. Evil, he pretended to be their friend. He would tell 9 truths to get them to believe one lie. He had them so mixed up psychologically.
A new being ended up trapped in the lab, and she was the one who could see what years of being with this black energy had done to them. She was carbon based and mortal, but an energy manipulator. She had talent. Exposing the black energy being for what he was, the white energy beings got angry, and started to fight their way out.
All seemed lost since this black energy being was way stronger than them, except that this girl managed to avoid a huge trap that the others all fell into. She had to get out. Finally making it past the final doors into the open, the black being was after her. She had to do something or he'd kill her!
With enormous energy, she manipulated the outer doors of the lab and closed them on him. Since they absorb energy they absorbed him. He ceased to be.. and the day was won.
Strange dream, eh?

Honestly, many of my really good storylines come from dreams I've had. The current novel that I'm writing is mainly based on one dream, but with some added elements of a second dream. Most of my dreams are scifi fantasy types, but these two happened to be just plain romance. It's really weird though, since I abhor regular romance novels (except for Jane Austen). I'm about 4 chapters in, though they jump around a bit, I'm having problems with the filler. It's actually the most I have ever continued to write, since I usually get disgusted early on and never finish anything...

O.o That's WAYYY Different from dreams I've had before. For like 6 days I dreampt I was a modern Witches Dog that she Abused Horribly... And the Kicker is.... D: I chipmunk Tried to take me to this safe haven... It wasn't until the 6th Night that I had this dream that the Chipmunk Finally got me there Where the elderly man cared for me and tended my wounds... It's like, I was dreaming of my dog I lost a little over a year ago. Like the Witch was the devil trying to Pull her In. and the Chipmunk was the Angel Trying to get her to where she belongs.
This is odd. I don't have ANY Idea who WOULD NOT Agree that this is odd. o.o

My dreams are always odd though. It's what makes them interesting. You know it's a really great dream when you are kind of sad that you woke up. I don't really have reoccuring dreams like that though. I used to have reoccuring annual nightmares, which were really strange. Once a year, I used to dream that a godzilla type monster was attacking my home town because someone stole her baby. Literally had it once a year, until I moved out of said town. It was strange...

Evil Eirlys My dreams are always odd though. It's what makes them interesting. You know it's a really great dream when you are kind of sad that you woke up. I don't really have reoccuring dreams like that though. I used to have reoccuring annual nightmares, which were really strange. Once a year, I used to dream that a godzilla type monster was attacking my home town because someone stole her baby. Literally had it once a year, until I moved out of said town. It was strange... That is most curious that they stopped when you moved.
