I know I probably shouldn't have to say this, but I will anyways.

1.) Don't be a total dumbass. Seriously, dumbassery is only funny in small amounts.

2.)Stay at least semi-active. I've no problem randomly banning people who aren't.

3.) Refer to rule 1

4.) Keep drama down. I know it's addicting, but it's annoying as well.
