There are a range of police forces working with the ARC so heres some universal rule to remain in place within the ARC

Breaking of these rule will result in a formal report to police superiors as well as a possible banning from the ARC itself

After all we're all on the same side here.

No verbal abuse to anybody within the ARC (but swearing is allow but keep it at PG-13 please)
No violence within the ARC
encouragement of begging is not allowed as doing it yourself
ONLY in the Lounges are you allowed do whatever (including Spam but other rule still apply)

Anybody may go in to either lounge but whoever lounge its assigned to has a higher authority so please respect other people's feelings.
