We all know that Death the Kid's father is Shinigami-San but who is Kid's mother? Is it explained in the manga?

Nah its not explained in the manga. And I don't think it will ever be explained.
Though it'd be nice if kid had a mother complex. 3nodding
But i guess its just for convience sake that kidd's mother isn't introduced, what exactly would be her role? She'd probably be helping capture baba yaga's castle, but how would she fit?And plus the author would have to introduce maka's mother and maybe chrona's dad also, it would only make sense. (shurgs) But it would be great for the fans if she was introduced, maybe a crack- pairing with shinigami or kidd, or better yet the whole family!
Now for looks... her hair color would most likely be... White? I was gonna say that she would have black hair like kidd based on my theory but i goofed up, stupid as I am. And of course she would be wearing some kind of black dress. Yes... And the same eyes as him too.. (Nods in satisfaction)
Oh. Sorry.. I got caught up in my own fangirlness. But Nah we don't know who kidd's mother is. Not yet hopefully.

A funny thought that just came to mind:
What if DTK's mother had the same type of hair color but inverted. So, it would still have three strips, but in black, and the rest of her hair white. smile

...but to the extreme!
just imagine it, she would point out every little thing that was unsymmetrical on kidd's suit!
Example
"adjust those rings, they aren't aligned with each other"
