All members must have a big sibling. This big sibling will watch out for you, help you adjust to being in the Guild, and will basically be the number one person you can count on. You will select three members that have been members at least since the last entry date and explain your reasons why. Then I will PM those members that they have been selected to be a big brother or sister and if they agree to it. Once we have a match, you will be awarded a big sibling.
