The Blasted Waste is a desolate land. No history ever explains how this waste came
to be. Some believe that this is where the Dark Weilder, Kale the Devourer,
awoke from his prison, and that the magic following that ressurection was what
caused the earth to quake and change.
Volcanoes are scattered throughout the long stretch of lands, and all manner
of dark and fire based creatures live here. The heat is almost always stifling,
an off set to the Icelands north of the Blasted Waste. No one of the Tribes lives here,
for to do so would mean death. The Ryuu Tribe often makes excursions through
here to raid the other Tribes. The Ryuu are also the only ones that know the
secret of getting through the lands unscathed.
