Friend of a vampire (||)If you have a dango recipe add it here. I don't know any so I hope this will grow A basic dango is really simple. Just add 1 cup of Rice flower and 1/2 cup of water. mix them together until the texture is firm, but sorta crumbly, K? Once that's done grab a handful and start rollin'. One of these should get u at least 15 dangos (depending on the size of the balls u make) Next, GENTLY place them in a pot of boiling water and let sit for about 15 min, or until they float to the top of the pot. Then carefully take them out. They taste best and are nice and chewy when they're fresh smile For sauce, get 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of mirin or half a cup each of grape juice or lemon juice. Then heat at a low temp (maybe 200 C*) Then, dip ur dangos and ENJOY ^_^

Lol good dipping sauces for dangos are corn syrup, maple syrup, caramel, teriaki, plum, or soy sauces, lemon juice (.............), and ketchup... apparently... NEAT! ^_^
(I haven't tried all of them so if u don't like DON"T HURT MEEEEEEEEEEE XD)
